NDP09 - WE MADE IT HAPPEN!

Thanks guys, for all the hard work everyone has put in, just for August 9th. Really will look back and just remember, you guys were the best contingent, and the best contingent forever and ever and ever...

Something that the Parade Commander, LTC Yeong Chee Meng said himself:

We came in as unpolished and unrefined Charcoal.
Our trainers, the firestarters and carbon, gave us the spirit, to march on!

Now, we are this shiny diamond.

This, is truly the fruit of our labour, our hard work, for our country, our nation, our NCDCC! We can say that this is, truly, the best parade, we have ever given. As those spectators look back, (some of which are my friends), they told me that the Parade and Ceremony was the best part, that could ever be. The people watching our City-March, will probably would remember us for our enthusiasm.

as we take home the many memories, be it on the computer, your phone, your camera, or even the friendships you formed over the times. cherish it, because you could never ask for a better parade and a better environment, we rock, rock on.

the Brigadier-General said something about this we posted on our blogs - "all good things come to an end". it didn't, because we did a GREAT parade for all the Singaporeans, and the national-day parade 2009 parade and ceremony is really the best, we are the best.
