went for NDP training today.
during break, received a message from dad:

so much for professionalism, this way of typing reminds me ~~hOw vIvEk tYpEs lIkE tHiS~~

obviously i refused to go.
here's my reasons:

dad said it was free
well duh everyone wants to go for free, see my next point.

there is no such thing as free meal.
was it just a ploy? you don't even know these people well, and from what the situation is, that "NaNa" just called my dad and asked whether we wanted to try out. see my next point

so what if they promised to delete?
you never know, there are many loopholes now, especially with people twisting it. they said they'll "delete from the camera", but won't it be connected to the PC? so the images are stored in the PC only, not the camera.

as good as not deleting.

what if they were targeting us?
so you go there, don't buy their photos they have of you, face you at knifepoint.
67 beach road, it's like, isn't that place NTUC? why is it there.

what if their terrorists wanting to track us down?
they could be targeting us and they may send our images to other sources. just like how the mumbai bombings were initiated.

never be over-relaxed, readiness is your only protection

then again, while i imagining it, i remember seeing in my dream there was only another group of girls from queensway sec also taking photos there, brown vest, white shirt as per normal and red skirt. i have no idea why i dreamt of it was like that.

creepy.
anyway, on to ndp.

today's training was... horrible,
though time really passes fast when you're doing footdrills.
and i lost 2KG! ;D

yes.
score.
i'm kinda looking forward to next week's one.

although all my saturdays are burnt from now on.
*sigh*.

ah well, there's always a price to pay
