- how can you cut travelling time if you put speed cameras in the tunnel that make sure drivers don't go pass the limit of 70 kmph? .. they can't go as fast as the other drivers on other highways, which, yes will get them there faster.

- sadly, to me, KPE is just bult to impress. it's route is not exactly a very good one, consideringi t's very far away from hougang, punggol and sengkang (hey wait, don't the people there prefer the mrt? - after all LTA, you're trying to get people to use the MRT!)
